    I went in the place to get a cappuccino and they rang it up as a latte first of all. Second, i asked for non-fat and decaf, but i am almost sure that they messed that up and that it was caffeinated so i just decided not to drink it. Also, it took awhile to get my drink and i could barely hear the women behind the counter because she was speaking so quietly that i did not understand when she saying what was wrong with the machine. I waited patiently though and then got my drink, it did not look like a cappuccino either, it looked like a latte, there was not frothed milk on the top and i was really upset when they would not take it back and make a new one as i tried to explain to them. Although i do live very close to this one i will not be going back due to this is not the first time i received bad business. They need someone who will speak louder so i can actually understand her, and be respectful to the customers when they are asking for something. I wasted my money.

    The owner of this location is not only rude to customers, but I've witnessed him treating his employees horrible. It's a shame that they provide this type of service. I do have to say that my coffee is always right. I mean, you can't mess up a coffee with cream only!

    Ordered a medium iced caramel coffee. Got just an iced coffee... totally ruined my morning.

    It's all about the customer service as the products are the same at all locations. Here, the husband/wife owners are polar opposites. The wife is pleasant and the husband thinks he's doing the customer a favor. He rushes you when there isn't even a line also. There are several other choices available and now Bucky's is right next door too. On my final visit, I checked dates on the milk jugs as the front ones weren't good for more than two days. I reached and grabbed ones in the back that had later dates. The owner yelled at me that I was "messing everything up" which was not the case. He should realize there are many better options.

    I really hate this Dunkin Donuts location. Every once in a while I stop by here because it is convenient and on my way home from work. However, every time I go here I am reminded why I drive a little bit out of my way to the Arlington Heights location. The people working here are rude rude rude. Today I was listening to the radio and the DJ were talking up the new iced hot chocolate. Since I had a sore throat and I am easily swayed by advertisements, I felt the need to try one... pronto! When I got there, there was a line as always. This location is always packed and the parking lot is craziness! The servers are very pushy and rush you out. The second she gave the money back to the guy in front of me she was asking me what I wanted. He was still standing in front of the register trying to put his money away! So I waited until he was finished and placed my order. She made me a small Iced Hot Chocolate and kinda flung it at me saying "here". She did not ask me if I wanted whipped cream, which they advertise it as coming with, and did not even bother to put it on. To top it off, the Iced Hot Chocolate was the worst beverage I have ever had. I took one sip and threw it out. Overall, an awful experience!

    I like this location b/c after a while the owners know you by name and will give you the coffee you like to order without you having to order. They do rush a little in the morning but only b/c its sooo busy and they don't want customers to wait. I forgot my wallet one time and they told me its ok to pay the next time I come in. Never experienced any rudeness so not sure what the others are referring to.

    This location is always out of French crullers. There is not a wide selection even in the mornings so I don't go here anymore.

    Owner is a complete ass. Ordered 2 donut special with large coffee. You save about 48 cents. I gave the survey for a free donut. He removed the special price and said you cannot get the special if you get a free donut. I said I am complying with the coffee requirement. He said no. All of the other dunkin donut shops give you the special and the free donut. Without the special the free donut cost you 48 cents plus tax. I told him to keep the order and went down the block and received the free donut and the discount. His loss. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone what type of idiot he is. Hopefully he will loose business.

    Terrible customer service as manager told me I am costing them money by taking two napkins instead of one. So over a matter of a fraction of a penny I will never return.

    On my way to the Vernon Hills location to pick up some coffee. I'm about 5 Mins from this one on 83/Arlington Hts road nd 15 mins from VH. Gladly will drive the extra time to avoid the employees at this location. Past experiences add up to avoidance.

    I have been to the Dunkin Donuts at 1169 N Old McHenry Road, in Buffalo Grove many times. I have always had prompt and courteous service. However, this past Friday afternoon (12/19/14 at about 4pm) I was there purchasing gift cards. In my haste, I left my wallet on the counter. I realized it at about 9pm that evening (after the store was closed ) that my wallet was gone. Needless to say, I was up most of the night calling my credit card and insurance card companies to cancel my accounts and reissue new cards. At about 5am Saturday morning I took the chance to return to this Dunkin Donuts to see if it was possible that someone had turned it in. To my surprise and delight, the same employee Ruth was at the counter. Not only did Ruth recognize me, she immediately took my wallet (perfectly in tack) out from under the counter. She said another customer pointed my wallet out to her. Thank you anonymous customer. Needless, to say, I was thrilled. And, when I wanted to give Ruth a tip, she refused to take it. She said it was her job to take care of her customers. What a wonderful person Ruth is, and to me it was certainly a lesson learned, and made the Holidays that much more special. I would suggest everyone give this Dunkin Donuts a visit, or another chance.

    If I can give them no star I would. They are very rude. Rushes through your order and won't wait for you to think about what else to order. Pkus they will take the next person in line even though you are still there trying to put your change in your wallet. Just plain rude. There are other dunkins with better service than this place.
